Does Shady Ideas store my information?
Shady Ideas only stores information that is uploaded by you during the registration process, along with shared comments, conversations
and interactions with other members on the website. No information such as credit / debit card details or online back account information,
etc., is stored in our database. These details are directly entered by you into the bank payment gateways, which are 100 percent secure.
We do not handle this sensitive data or store it.
At Shady Ideas, we understand how much you value your every purchase and for us a good customer experience is of utmost important. Hence, to fulfill our word, we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.
Even after this if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry as we have an excellent Replacement / Exchange Policy. The process is pretty simple. All you need to do is raise a Replacement / Exchange request, within a period of (48 hours for 'Damaged & Defective' products & 15 days for 'Not as Described' from the date of delivery) following the below steps:
At Shady Ideas, we assure you that all products are checked properly before shipping them but even then if the product you receive is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described”, our friendly Replacement / Exchange policy will solve your problem.
The possible solutions covered in Replacement / Exchange policy are:
Replacement / Exchange:- If the product is damaged, in defective condition or it was not as described, you may request a replacement for that product. Ideally in replacement, we do a pickup of the product which is (Damaged, Defective, or Not as described) from the customer’s place in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact. We provide replacement of the product once we have received the product which was either “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and we have done a quality check on the same (for damaged and defective items).
Replacement is subject to availability of the product. If the product is out of stock you will receive a “Shady Ideas Credit Voucher” of the product amount paid while purchasing.
Returnsare not possible in the following scenarios.
At Shady Ideas, we try our level best to give you the best customer service experience but even though there are certain scenarios where it will be difficult to support returns. The scenarios are as below:
There is no refund facility available.
We start processing the order as soon as we get an intimation and hence orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, however in an unforeseen situation where you need to fully or partly cancel your order, cancellation can be done at a nominal fee to cover a portion of costs that we would have already incurred in processing your order.
5% of the paid value is charged if order is cancelled before item is shipped.
20% of the paid value when the order is cancelled after it is shipped from our fulfillment center.
